Full-time, Permanent Education :

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Job Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding :

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to candidate selection. Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires smoothly.

Performance Management :

Design and manage performance appraisal systems. Provide guidance to managers on performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms.

Employee Relations :

Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolve conflicts amicably. Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.

Policy Development & Compliance :

Draft, update, and enforce HR policies in line with local Labor laws. Ensure organizational compliance with employment regulations.

Training & Development :

Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Manage employee benefits programs and address related inquiries. HR Metrics & Reporting :

Maintain and analyze HR data to inform decision-making. Prepare regular reports on HR activities and outcomes.

As our ideal candidate, you should have :

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are advantageous.

Experience :

Minimum of 5 years in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS). Strong command of the MS Office Suite.

Soft Skills :

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Preferred Attributes : In-depth knowledge of Pakistani Labor laws and HR best practices. Experience in organizational development and change management. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments.
