Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment, on-boarding, and orientation.
- Support payroll, benefits, and attendance management.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Assist in performance reviews, training, and employee engagement.
- Act as point of contact for HR queries and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement policies related to workflow, compliance, and other protocols.
