Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives
• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong network of clients
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Present and demonstrate products to potential customers
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Provide after‑sales support, including handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
