Training & grooming sales staff by reviewing and revising orientation to products and sales communication. Reviewing staff job results and learning needs with Regional Sales Manager or Operations Manager. Maintaining attendance and implementing time management for the store staff. Developing and implementing new product training by understanding consumer behavior. Store Management
Evaluation of competition and current trends by gathering information such as style, quality, and prices of competitive merchandise. Attracting customers by communicating product USPs, following display suggestions or schedules, constructing or assembling prefabricated display properties, producing merchandise displays in windows and showcases, and on sales floor. Promotion of sales by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers. Helping customers by providing information; answering questions; obtaining merchandise requested; completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery. Maintaining an attractive environment and clean store ambiance. Stock Management
Maintaining inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels; anticipating customer demand. Preparation of reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information for internal audit. Cash Management
