The Key Accounts Executive is primarily responsible for being the main point of contact for Key Customer purchasers, coordinating order fulfilment, and ensuring customer inventory aligns with sell-out expectations. The KAE leads on-ground executions and liaises with vendors to ensure in-store brand, assortment, and merchandising (BIC) executions and store merchandising output as per JBPs. Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with customers, aligning our product range with their needs. Understand and act on what attracts consumers to Reckitt’s brands, ensuring they remain a top choice for customers and healthcare professionals. Implement promotional campaigns and guide retailers on effective merchandising, creating appealing store experiences. Enhance sales by ensuring products are well-stocked and negotiate opportunities for display enhancements and promotions. Drive sales to meet and surpass assigned targets and regional objectives. Qualifications
Educated to a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a business subject. At least 2 years of experience in a sales role. Strong knowledge and understanding of Trade Marketing, Sales Operations and Marketing activities. Skills for success
Organisational skills, commercial awareness, data analysis and trend spotting. Adaptability, creativity including writing, design and video editing, good teamwork, communication, and numerical skills (spreadsheets). What we offer
