About the role

The Key Accounts Executive is primarily responsible for being the prime POC for Key Customer purchasers, getting the GRNs fulfilled via company supplies (ordering), and ensuring the customer inventory is up to the mark as per sellout expectations. Additionally the KAE leads on-ground executions and liaises with vendors to ensure BIC executions in-store, and ensures the right store merchandising output as per clauses locked in JBPs.

Your responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers, aligning our product range with their needs.
  • Understand and act on what attracts consumers to Reckitt's brands, ensuring they remain a top choice for customers and healthcare professionals.
  • Implement promotional campaigns and guide retailers on effective merchandising, creating appealing store visuals.
  • Enhance sales by ensuring our products are well-stocked and negotiate opportunities for display enhancements and promotions.
  • Drive sales forward to meet and surpass assigned targets and objectives, making an impact in your region.

The experience we're looking for

  • Educated to a minimum bachelors degree in a business subject.
  • At least 2 years of experience of working in a sales role.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Trade Marketing, Sales Operations and Marketing activities required.
