Senior Psychologist

Riphah International University is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Psychologist to join our CDC team. This role requires a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and an M.S. in Applied or Clinical Psychology. The Senior Psychologist will be responsible for leading a team of three professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes mental health support and intervention strategies. This position involves engaging with diverse clients, providing psychological assessments, and developing tailored treatment plans aimed at enhancing mental well-being. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement in therapeutic practices and a passion for mentoring junior staff to enhance their skills and expertise in the field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health.
• Design and implement effective treatment plans based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy methodologies.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
• Supervise and mentor a team of three professionals, promoting professional development and best practices.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to integrate psychological care within a multidisciplinary approach.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.
• Document clinical notes and reports accurately, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in psychology, therapy techniques, and mental health research to enhance service delivery.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions aimed at increasing awareness and understanding of mental health issues within the community.
