Senior Psychologist

Riphah International University is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Psychologist to join our CDC team. This role requires a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and an M.S. in Applied or Clinical Psychology. The Senior Psychologist will be responsible for leading a team of three professionals, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes mental health support and intervention strategies. This position involves engaging with diverse clients, providing psychological assessments, and developing tailored treatment plans aimed at enhancing mental well-being. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement in therapeutic practices and a passion for mentoring junior staff to enhance their skills and expertise in the field.

Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health. Design and implement effective treatment plans based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy methodologies. Provide individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants. Supervise and mentor a team of three professionals, promoting professional development and best practices. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to integrate psychological care within a multidisciplinary approach. Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required. Document clinical notes and reports accurately, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards. Stay updated on the latest developments in psychology, therapy techniques, and mental health research to enhance service delivery. Conduct workshops and training sessions aimed at increasing awareness and understanding of mental health issues within the community.
