Real Estate Sales Officer

We are looking for both fresh and experienced Real Estate Sales Officers to join our team. As a Real Estate Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties to prospective clients. We are looking for 5 male and 5 female candidates. Experience in high net worth high rise projects will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities :

• Promote and market real estate properties to potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other professionals in the industry.
• Conduct property viewings with potential clients and provide them with all the necessary information.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Develop a deep understanding of the real estate market and stay up-to-date with trends and developments.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues that arise.
• Meet sales targets and objectives.
• Prepare sales contracts and other documentation required for closing deals.
• Participate in real estate conferences, networking events, and other industry-related events.
