Virtual Office Manager - Islamabad Pakistan

Ziel Global Sdn Bhd is passionate about equipping professionals with essential technical and non-technical skills. We are a fast-paced, team-oriented business consultancy and training firm seeking a full-time and / or part-time Virtual Admin Assistant.

Role : Virtual Office Manager

Opportunity Type : Remote working

Vacancy Type : Monthly rolling

Hours Per Week : 48 hours - 6 working days a week - Monday to Saturday

Working hours : 8 hours a day

Required language(s) : English

Salary : PKR 7,500 to 8,500 per week depending on experience

Providing remote support to senior management, including but not limited to :

  • Managing routine office duties such as maintaining paperwork, digital filing, typing reports, answering phones, assisting clients, etc.
  • Managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Managing a small remote team
  • Submitting reports and preparing proposals and presentations as needed
  • Attending meetings as required
  • Compiling and presenting daily reports
  • Organizing and managing daily tasks
  • Managing sensitive information and confidential legal documents
  • Creating and updating databases and records
  • Traveling to Rawalpindi and Islamabad as needed for procurement, site visits, meetings, etc.
  • Ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively
  • Minimum qualifications : Higher secondary education and a diploma or higher in any field

  • Knowledge of graphic design
  • Ability to conduct interviews
  • Own vehicle / bike with valid driver’s license and insurance (mileage reimbursable)
