Overview

We are a growing short-term rental business in Chicago. Our mission is to provide guests with top-tier experiences while maximizing returns for our portfolio. Were now seeking a Revenue Manager who can take ownership of pricing, occupancy optimization, and data-driven revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue. Monitor competitor pricing, market demand, seasonality, and local events to adjust rates in real-time. Leverage tools such as PriceLabs, AirDNA, and Guesty to inform pricing decisions and identify revenue opportunities. Track and report on key metrics including RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy Rate, and channel performance. Run weekly and monthly performance reviews and provide actionable insights to ownership. Collaborate with the operations and guest experience teams to align pricing with guest satisfaction and unit performance. Stay up to date on market conditions, competitor benchmarks, and industry trends in short-term rentals. Requirements

3+ years of experience in short-term rental revenue management (Airbnb, Vrbo, or boutique hospitality). Proven track record of driving revenue growth and occupancy improvements. Proficiency with tools such as PriceLabs, AirDNA, and Guesty (or similar STR management platforms). Strong analytical and Excel / Google Sheets skills; ability to interpret and act on performance data. Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with problem-solving. Must have : Airbnb experience, PriceLabs or AirDNA Benefits
