The Social Media Executive will play a pivotal role in developing and executing social media strategies for our healthcare clients. This position requires a visionary marketer who can lead planning, oversee execution, and mentor junior team members while delivering innovative, data-driven results.
Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning : Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with clients’ goals
- Campaign Ideation and Execution : Brainstorm creative campaign ideas that resonate with target audiences in the healthcare industry
- Team Leadership and Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior social media marketers, providing feedback and fostering professional growth
- Calendar and Content Planning : Oversee the development and management of social media calendars
- Performance Analytics and Optimization : Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Trend and Competitor Analysis : Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep campaigns innovative and competitive
Requirements :
