Responsibilities :
Manage company's social media accounts and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Monitor and analyze social media analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make necessary adjustments. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with the company's objectives. Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. Monitor online reviews and feedback and address any issues or complaints. Assist in the planning and execution of social media events and campaigns. Job Specification
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Buffer. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools, such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop. Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights. Strong organizational and time management skills. Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
