Responsibilities :

Centralized Key responsible job of Maintaining & controlling Meter Reading / Bill Distribution Contracts of Domestic / Industrial / Commercial customers of Billing Department (Karachi, Sindh & Balochistan).

• Process of contractors’ Invoices after verification
• Prepare RS Invoice for Finance Department of Bill payment to contractor
• Tendering process of MR / BD contract.
• Monitoring of contractors’ performance as per Terms of Reference (TOR)
• Management of Balance of Quantity (BOQ) and Purchase Order (PO)
