Deputy Manager Sales & Distribution

Job Specification : We are a company manufacturing & marketing OTC (Medical Devices) and Derma Cosmetics brands for domestic and exports. We are looking for Deputy Manager Sales & Distribution having either OTC / Consumer or FMCG products distribution experience. He would be responsible for following : – Direct and oversee organization’s sales policies, objectives and initiatives. Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommend product mix enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. – Familiar with different sales & field’s concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, through leading and directing the work of sales team and distributors team. – A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. – Periodic reports to top management. – Be able to handle and manage distribution network across Pakistan Qualification and Skills Requirements : 1. Graduate in any discipline. MBA will be an advantage. 2. Build Relationships, Negotiation with key customers 3. Motivation & Coaching of field force and line managers 4. Sales Planning, develop budgets, managing process 5. Market Knowledge & Product knowledge 6. Staffing and team building
