As we continue to expand our payments offering, we’re looking for a motivated Payments Conversion Specialist to help our clients transition from third-party credit card processors to innRoad Payments.

The Opportunity

The Payments Conversion Specialist will play a key role in driving adoption of innRoad’s native payment processing solution. This individual will conduct outbound outreach to existing clients, explain the benefits of switching to innRoad Payments, and guide them through the transition process.

This is a client-facing role ideal for someone with a background in payment processing , merchant services , or SaaS customer success , who enjoys building relationships and influencing business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to existing innRoad clients currently using third-party payment processors
• Educate clients on the value, security, and cost advantages of innRoad Payments
• Clearly explain how the transition process works and address client questions or concerns
• Coordinate with internal teams (Payments, Sales, and Client Success) to ensure smooth onboarding and activation
• Track outreach progress, maintain accurate CRM notes, and report conversion metrics
• Identify client feedback and trends to help improve messaging and conversion strategies

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, 9 : 00am – 6 : 00pm ET
