Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for developing state-of-the-art compliance solutions that empower our financial institution clients. This is a contractual position for 1 year, renewable at the end of the term. As an integral part of our team, you\'ll have the opportunity to be a self-starter and play a foundational role in establishing an IT development team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions tailored to financial institutions
• Work closely with business analysts and product owners to understand and analyze requirements
• Take lead on challenging projects, providing technical guidance to junior team members
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, UX / UI, and DevOps, to ensure successful delivery of solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues
• Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to ensure that the solutions are current and competitive
