We are seeking a highly articulate Product Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. As a Product Marketer Manager, you will shape our product's messaging and positioning, drive demand, and enable our sales and customer success teams. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Participate in roadmap calls with product team to understand upcoming features and articulate them in customer-friendly language. Conduct market research by analyzing G2 reviews, listening to customer calls, studying competitors, and interviewing stakeholders to understand what matters. Shape positioning and messaging as the product evolves, ensuring resonant communication to our potential customers. Create short, punchy copy for landing pages and collaborate with the web team to launch and track performance. Develop sales enablement materials and oversee their effectiveness over time; present value propositions in town halls, sales huddles, and live demos. Own the GTM plan for new launches, building excitement and ensuring successful market entry. Work closely with customer success to capture insights that inform future development; measure campaign performance and report outcomes. Leverage AI and LLM tools such as Perplexity, Notebook LM, and custom GPTs to automate research and build reusable deliverables. Coordinate with manager and teammates using Slack, Task, and weekly syncs. First 90 Days
Month 1 : Learn the Landscape
Deeply understand product, main ICPs, use cases, internal stakeholders, competition; shadow the team and potentially lead a couple of feature launches. Month 2 : Take Ownership
Own a product module or launch cycle; run your first sales enablement session; coordinate with sales and customer success; begin leveraging AI automations. Month 3 : Show Impact
Quantify launches, demonstrate what works or not, ship a Tier 1 launch; align work with broader business goals; demonstrate potential to drive PMM team forward. Role Details
Mid to Senior level, Full-time. Qualifications & Traits
4+ years in product marketing, ideally in SaaS. Clear and compelling copywriting skills. Comfortable working cross-functionally without micromanagement. Passion for digging into data, customer feedback, and competitive research. Ability to stand up front of sales team and persuade them to believe in the product. Passion and acumen for AI / LLMs. Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent. Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at vFairs by 2x.
