Product Manager

Overview

A Product Manager is required with at least 2+ years of experience working in a lean and agile product development environment.

Responsibilities

• Own, strategize and manage the product backlog by creating, managing, and prioritizing user stories.
• Deliver high-quality requirement specs, wireframes, or mockups.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and customer representatives to identify and fix product pain points.
• Become a product guru and a subject matter expert with a deep understanding of the competitor landscape and broader technology trends.
• Work closely with the Engineering team to create an efficient feedback loop during the project implementation phase.
• Work closely with the QA team to drive product quality goals, especially non-functional requirements.
• Drive the release management process, project tracking, and change management processes.
• At GlowfishLabs we believe that product quality is a shared responsibility. We expect all team members to take ownership and contribute to activities that improve product quality such as peer reviews, product walk-throughs, and testing.
