Overview

The Content Zone, a UK based company, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to lead our Web Development team. The position, located at STP in Islamabad, involves direct full life-cycle participation in architecture, design, development and implementation of web applications & websites. The position will involve managing php / ajax development efforts and direct contribution to the team technical implementations. This includes taking a leading role in the managing development of key systems functionalities. Responsibilities

Lead the Web Development team and manage PHP / AJAX development efforts. Direct contribution to the team\'s technical implementations. Take a leading role in managing the development of key system functionalities. Desired profile / Qualifications

Good communication skills, experience in direct client interaction (US / UK based client communication). Strong people-management skills with good experience in team-leading and mentoring. Desirable to have some project planning capabilities. The candidate should be very proficient with PHP, HTML, MySQL, AJAX, Flash Scripting and with at least 1 to 2 years of coding experience. He / She should be proficient with documentation and working closely with team-mates, with excellent communication and presentations skills. Strong HTTP fundamentals. Strong in Linux Server environment. He / she should have strong technical knowledge about Commercial Web application and components. Strong in Architecture & Design of web applications.
