Sr Team Lead Web Development

Job Responsibilities

Analyze customer requirements to design and develop applications to meet customer requirements. Coordinate & communicate with Product Manager in case of any query or clarifications required regarding SRS or customer requirements. Explore, select, and use best possible methods and components / APIs best suited for designing and developing systems. Share information and get realistic time estimates from the team for all the assigned tasks (i.e. related to project / support). Share time estimates of the resources with PMO. Timely review code of all the reporting resources. Maintain strong liaison with all stakeholders for timely reporting of issues or clarifications required. Perform sanity / smoke test before submitting assigned tasks for QA testing. Timely resolve issues reported in QA feedback. Takes ownership of assigned resource and assigned development projects from inception to delivery. Leads a team and guide, teach and instruct team resources and makes sure client’s needs are met. Write efficient reusable software code for optimal use of available resources to meet deadlines. Adhere to programming standards and defined SOPs for code standardization. Analyze instrumentation data to understand and resolve issues. Provide support in evaluating, testing and implementing new tools and technologies Makes sure optimum utilization of assigned resources. Ensure on time submission of time sheets and update status on project server. Any other duties as assigned by Manager Job Specification

Minimum BSE / BCS or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of practical experience of web applications development using .NET Knowledge of HTML 5 will be a plus Leadership and team building skills. Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment Ability to drive projects from start to finish with minimal supervision Able to deliver under tight and short deadlines Information Technology and Services - Islamabad, Pakistan
