Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and evaluate suppliers for required goods and services.
• Request and compare quotations to ensure best pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and supplier performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to forecast requirements and plan purchases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
