Job descriptionIdentify, source, and evaluate suppliers for required goods and services. Request and compare quotations to ensure best pricing, quality, and delivery timelines. Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and supplier performance reports. Coordinate with internal departments to forecast requirements and plan purchases. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant procurement / sourcing experience.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and market trends.
