3D Animation Team Lead

Job Description : We are seeking an experienced 3D Animation Team Lead to oversee and guide our animation team in creating compelling and high-quality visual content. This is an onsite position requiring strong leadership and technical skills, located at our office in Rawalpindi. Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage the 3D animation team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality projects. Collaborate with writers and directors to convert scripts into captivating explainer videos and animations. Develop and refine storyboards to effectively communicate visual ideas and narratives. Design, model, and animate 3D characters, environments, and assets using industry-standard software. Execute texturing, shading, lighting, and rendering workflows to achieve polished results. Ensure seamless integration of animations with other multimedia elements. Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to align project objectives and creative vision. Qualifications : Proven experience in 3D animation, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in storytelling and animation. Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Blender, and other industry-standard 3D software. Strong understanding of storyboarding and the ability to translate concepts into visuals effectively. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and mentor the animation team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
