2nd class Masters Degree or equivalent in Fine Arts / Graphic Design from an HEC recognized university. Job Responsibilities

Utilize technical software packages such as Adobe CS, After Effects, 3D Max, Maya, and Cinema 4D. Understand project needs, review scripts, design storyboards, and create and edit animations. Use software and other techniques to produce animations. Apply creativity and artistic techniques to tell stories or convey information visually. Collaborate effectively with other design and production staff. Job Specification

Relevant professional experience in design for print production or video production, preferably within a government, semi-government, or autonomous organization of repute.
