Role Overview Lead the design and scaling of high-traffic full-stack systems. Architect solutions, solve complex coding challenges, mentor engineers, and ensure code quality, scalability, and security. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain full-stack systems with Node.js, Next.js, and cloud tools (serverless / microservices). Build responsive, high-performance frontends with React.js / Next.js. Optimize database schemas and queries (PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Guide junior developers through code reviews and workshops. Streamline CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / Jenkins) and automate infrastructure (Terraform). Ensure system performance and alignment with architectural guidelines. Troubleshoot issues, optimize APIs, and prototype new tools. Collaborate with product and design teams. Requirements 5+ years in full-stack development (Node.js, Next.js, React.js). Expertise in REST / GraphQL APIs and database tuning. Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure), Docker / Kubernetes, and Redis. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
