Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field
• 2+ years of experience working in HR and / or the software development industry
• Excellent teamwork, reporting skills, self‑organizational and general organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as ability to motivate teams
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong critical thinking, analysis, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to mitigate conflict situations and encourage open and constructive conversations
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks appropriately
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to gather and share feedback with others
• Intercultural sensitivity
• Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, follow‑through, flexibility, initiative, and tact
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Project Management, preferred
• Knowledge of programming languages and frameworks and how they interact together, preferred
