Customer Support Representative

Taurus Call Center is hiring for CSR urgently!

Responsibilities

• Call center agents will be responsible for making outbound calls. provide customer services.
• Follow-up on customer calls

Salary

20 k basic in one month probation

25k basic after probation

30k+ (Including Incentives, bonuses, overtime)

Bonus / subsidy travel allowance.

Other special bonuses on overtime

Shift timings

7 : 30 am to 5 pm. (summer)

8 : 00 am to 5 : 30pm(winters)

There will be rotational offs. (1 off per week)
