The Ideal candidate will be able to troubleshoot and identify complex network, software, and hardware issues. The developer should be well versed in mobile responsive web development, PHP and WordPress, Java, including CSS, HTML and JavaScript (or JQuery).

Must be skilled in writing clean, efficient code and a strong understanding of the WordPress CMS. Direct customer support experience is essential. Exceptional verbal and written communication, customer service, and troubleshooting skills are required for this position as well as organizational skills, high-level troubleshooting, and the ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work with all major monitoring tools such as ENABLE, LPI and KASEYA. Design and implement websites from initial concept, site architecture, and user interface to finished deliverable Create wireframes and mockups based on descriptions of business need using style guide and existing collateral. Build new landing page and website layouts, and iteratively improve existing page design in HTML / CSS. Apply layouts to WordPress templates. Design and implement new features, enhancements, and content of existing websites Excellent creative and proper writing skills (Using the proper grammar and punctuation) Understanding of SEO principles and digital content best practices Web Content writing for email, landing pages, social media, and blogs. Experience writing for clients in the IT industry is a plus. Ability to setup and troubleshoot handheld devices. Ability to do research Project & Vendor Management Motion graphics and / or 3D skills a big plus Job Specification
