Project Manager - female

We are hiring a Project Manager to oversee client-focused projects, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships and project execution, particularly for clients based in the US, Australia, or Canada .

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion.

Manage communication with international clients, ensuring their needs are met.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards.

Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.

Deliver client success and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering , or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in client success, account management , or similar roles.

Prior experience with international clients (especially US, Australia, Canada) is preferred.

Understanding of construction industry and project management principles is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills .

Fluency in English is essential.
