Targeted Lead Qualification : Identifying prospects who meet specific health and financial criteria for final‑expense policies.

Empathy‑Driven Appointment Setting : Building immediate trust and securing confirmed, high‑intent appointments for licensed agents.

Compensation structure is designed to reward high performance with uncapped earning potential up to 500k per month.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Experience in Closings, Deal Closure, and Escrow processes

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

Ability to work on site and collaboratively with the sales team

Experience in the insurance industry is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
