The Social Media Strategist will play a pivotal role in developing and executing social media strategies for our healthcare clients. This position requires a visionary marketer who can lead planning, oversee execution, and mentor junior team members while delivering innovative, data-driven results. Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning :
Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with clients’ goals Campaign Ideation and Execution :
Brainstorm creative campaign ideas that resonate with target audiences in the healthcare industry Team Leadership and Mentorship :
Guide and mentor junior social media marketers, providing feedback and fostering professional growth Calendar and Content Planning :
Oversee the development and management of social media calendars Performance Analytics and Optimization :
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities Trend and Competitor Analysis :
Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep campaigns innovative and competitive Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience 3 to 4 years of professional experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of successful strategy execution Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific insights) Ability to develop creative ideas and translate them into actionable strategies Strong English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to strategy development and execution Knowledge of healthcare marketing, HIPAA compliance, and industry regulations is a significant advantage Competitive salary package Annual leaves and leave encashment Health insurance (as per company policy)
