We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Civil Estimator

with proven expertise in

US-based construction estimation . The role requires strong command of

digital take-off tools (PlanSwift, Bluebeam Revu)

and experience in preparing accurate cost estimates across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. The Senior Estimator will play a key role in pre-construction planning, client coordination, and ensuring competitive, high-quality bid submissions. Key Responsibilities

Perform

detailed quantity take-offs

from architectural, structural, and civil drawings. Prepare and finalize

cost estimates and bid proposals

for US residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Conduct

scope reviews, risk identification, and cost-saving analyses . Review vendor / subcontractor quotations and ensure compliance with project requirements. Leverage

PlanSwift and Bluebeam Revu

for digital measurement, markup, and estimating. Collaborate with international clients, design teams, and procurement for alignment on deliverables. Maintain updated

cost databases, benchmark pricing, and historical records . Mentor and guide junior / trainee estimators in estimation practices. Requirements

Qualifications & Experience : Education :

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent in Construction). Experience :

Minimum

2 years

in cost estimation with direct exposure to

US clients and market practices. Proven expertise in

Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift, and MS Excel. Strong understanding of

construction drawings, BOQs, CSI divisions, and estimation standards. Excellent

analytical, numerical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy. What We Offer
