TheSafeguarding Resource and Support Hub (RSH) is a programme that aims to support organisations in the humanitarian and development sector to strengthen their safeguarding policy and practice against Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Sexual Harassment (SEAH). RSH supports organisations working in both the humanitarian and development sectors and is driven by the needs of smaller national or local organisations in developing countries. The programme is funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) until 2030.
About the Role
The role will be responsible for team management, planning and coordination of activities, as well as stakeholder engagement and policy influencing.
This is a full-time, 15-month fixed-term contract. As an organisation, we support flexible working arrangements, which can be discussed at the interview stage.
About You
The successful candidate will lead the way in identifying, mapping and strengthening our most important relationships. You will bring structure and insight to how we engage, using data to ensure we act with clarity, purpose and impact. We are looking for someone who thrives on connecting people, shaping strategy and influencing change. This role will also convene and connect stakeholders around key sector issues. You will support colleagues across the programme to build confidence in stakeholder engagement, embedding a culture of collaboration and shared ownership.
