Floor Manager

We specialize in enhancing customer engagement and driving sales growth for various businesses. We are currently seeking a Night Floor Manager who is enthusiastic and ready to take on challenges.

Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations during night shifts. Manage and lead a team of telemarketers, ensuring productivity and performance goals are met. Monitor calls and provide feedback for performance improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Prepare shift reports and communicate effectively with management.

Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized institution. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Specification : Required Skills : Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of telemarketing processes. Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
