Assistant Manager / Manager Learning And Development

Design, develop and customize training modules and materials in consultation with concerned departments.

Liaison with concerned stakeholders for mobilizing local master trainers.

Look after all the administrative arrangements for in-house trainings.

Conduct optimum numbers of training courses in consultation with the L&D Head Office.

Evaluate trainings and write course / workshop reports of trainings conducted in the centre.

Ensure that training centre’s physical resources are well maintained and functioning.

Assist Training Head and coordinate with R&S for arranging induction programs for new joiners and share reports.

Job Specification

5 years of proven experience and at least 2 to 3 years in relevant domain. Candidates having bank exposure will be given preference.
