About the Role We’re looking for a talented and self-driven Full Stack Developer to join our remote engineering team at TeamsWork. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level web applications used by global clients. You’ll collaborate closely with our product managers, designers, and QA team to deliver scalable, efficient, and reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure web applications using Laravel on the backend and Vue.js / React on the frontend.

Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Laravel.

Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across devices and browsers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment using modern development practices.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.

Integrate third-party services, APIs, and internal systems.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.

Strong proficiency in Laravel (PHP) for backend development.

Hands-on experience with Vue.js and / or React.js for frontend development.

Solid understanding of Node.js and RESTful API architecture.

Proficiency in MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar relational databases.

Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).

Understanding of Agile / Scrum development methodologies.

Knowledge of Docker, CI / CD pipelines, or cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean) is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote team environment.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with TypeScript.

Familiarity with microservices architecture.

Experience working on enterprise SaaS platforms.

Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, PHPUnit, Cypress).
