Job Title : MERN Stack Developer (3+ Years Experience)

Location : Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi

Job Type : Full-Time, Onsite

Experience : 3+ Years

Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js , and a strong grasp of CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices. You will be responsible for building scalable web applications and deploying them seamlessly using modern development and delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using the MERN stack.
  • Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components.
  • Develop user-facing features using React.js and ensure cross-platform optimization.
  • Implement and manage CI / CD pipelines for automatic testing, deployment, and release processes.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and other development teams to streamline development workflows.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives).
  • Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices.

Must-Have Skills :

  • 3+ years of experience in full-stack development with the MERN stack .
  • proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 , and TypeScript (optional but preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with CI / CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with Docker , Kubernetes (preferred), or container-based deployment environments.
  • Strong understanding of Git , version control, and branching strategies.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS , Azure , or GCP .
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    • Nice-to-Have :

  • Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture .
  • Familiarity with GraphQL, Next.js, or other modern JS frameworks.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
