SOCOBA is expanding its creative and development team. We work closely with small to medium-sized e-commerce brands. Our agency is known for modern design, high-performing Shopify development, and standout creative work. We expect the same level of quality, consistency, and creativity in our email marketing operations.

We are hiring a dedicated Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist who will manage both foundational flows and ongoing promotional campaigns for multiple brands. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in email automation, aesthetic design sense, and the ability to maintain SOCOBA-level creativity in every project.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up complete Klaviyo foundational flows, including Welcome Flow, Abandoned Cart, Thank You for Shopping, Reorder Flow, Empty Cart reminders, and other one-time flow adjustments
• Develop high-performing weekly, biweekly, or monthly Klaviyo campaigns based on brand strategy and promotional calendars
• Work closely with our graphics and Shopify development teams to ensure email visuals align with brand identity
• Create copy, segment lists, optimize deliverability, and follow best practices for high conversion
• Maintain consistency in design, creativity, and attention to detail required by SOCOBA standards
• Manage multiple projects and deliver on time for retainer-based and campaign-based clients
