Position Overview
We are seeking a Linux Support Engineer to join our fast-growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced Linux server administration, cloud hosting infrastructure, virtualization technologies, and customer support systems . If you are passionate about Linux environments, networking, and remote technical support , this position will allow you to make a real impact while working 100% remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class technical support to customers and ensure a 95%+ positive feedback rate.
Resolve customer issues with a 99.5% resolution rate , minimizing escalation.
Maintain and expand the knowledge base with clear and detailed support articles.
Perform Quality Assurance (QA) testing across company deliverables.
Own performance metrics and deliver reports consistently.
Stay proactive in learning, automation, and suggesting process improvements.
Required Skills & Competencies
2+ years of hands-on experience in Linux administration (Ubuntu, RedHat, CentOS).
Strong knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and system monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana, Prometheus).
Proficiency in virtualization technologies (Proxmox, KVM, LXC, OpenVZ, SolusVM).
Bash scripting for automation and process optimization.
Experience in WHMCS and Intercom is a strong plus.
