What your day will look like : First point of contact to all customers calling in Provide support and assistance Call all new inquiries within minutes of receiving them Get quotes and estimates out to customers within 24 hours Send out estimates, job sheets, invoices, and other paperwork where necessary Keep customers and drivers updated during and after the moves have completed Rigorous follow-ups to customers quoted or not answered Liaise with contractors for information and estimates Other duties as assigned Please remember this is a high-paced environment; things need to be done fast and efficiently.
