Job Summary :
As a Campaign Associate at Daraz, you'll play a vital support role in driving successful campaigns, aligning stakeholders and maximizing brand visibility. You will work closely with commercial teams, brand managers, and marketing channels to support supply building, engagement mechanics, and visibility plans that deliver real impact on GMV and brand equity.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
Coordinate with Commercial and Retail teams to drive campaign submissions, identify the right assortment & price, secure key deals, and execute special order mechanics that drive GMV
Align with cross-functional teams (CRM, onsite merchandising, affiliate marketing, and brand communications) to ensure holistic visibility for all campaign initiatives
Support the execution of campaign mechanics, ensuring timely delivery of assets and stakeholder alignment
Create and present weekly performance reviews for internal teams, along with monthly management reviews highlighting campaign impact, insights, and key learnings
Build case studies on high-performing campaigns for all regions to learn and replicate
Brand Partnerships
Lead quarterly planning with Brand Managers to align on budgets, commercial goals, and visibility objectives
Develop and execute brand visibility plans across Daraz's full marketing ecosystem (CRM, onsite, homepage, social, affiliate, etc.)
Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Solutions team to drive campaign execution, paid media alignment, and performance-based visibility
Support planning and execution of Brand Days, working closely with KAMs and cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end visibility and customer engagement
Create and present weekly performance reviews for internal teams, along with monthly management reviews highlighting impact, insights, and key learnings
Build case studies on high-performing campaigns for all regions to learn and replicate
Required Skills / Abilities :
Proactive self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset, strong drive, and the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges before they escalate.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or STEM subjects from a top tier university with outstanding results
1-3 years of experience in commercial or project and program management in e-commerce
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (Intermediate to Advanced)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, ability to build interpersonal relationships
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with online marketing tools, CRM, and campaign planning processes
Bonus : Experience in regional or fast-paced digital commerce environments
