Job description

Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business

Supervise the execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success

Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines

Recruit and train talent for the successful implementation of marketing campaigns

Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results

Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects

Organize trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events including writing and proofreading marketing copy, as well as recruiting designers and animators

Oversee the implementation, tracking, and evaluation of marketing activities, as well as their effectiveness

Ensure campaign compliance is followed by centers

Coordinate and oversee the centers’ adherence to the program's policies and procedures

Develop presentation and training documents

Job Specification

Must have relevant experience in the DME and Medicare
One to three years of experience in the call center industry, preferred
Working knowledge of relevant computer software
Be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Outstanding project management and communication abilities are necessary
Strong knowledge of DME and Medicare
The ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time
