Agents should handle large amount of outbound calls in a timely manner. Follow communication scripts when handling calls. Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solution or alternatives. You should be proficient in English language and have impeccable listening skills. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills. Should be target oriented, hardworking and punctual. Telesales experience in a UK calling campaign would be preferred. Location
