AI-powered automation systems

for marketing agencies and enterprises. You’ll design and implement

advanced n8n workflows , build

custom integrations , and ensure systems scale for thousands of executions daily. You’ll also work on

full stack development

when custom dashboards, web apps, or middleware services are required. Experience with

Retell

and

Vapi

platforms is essential, and familiarity with

CRMs like GoHighLevel . Responsibilities

Design and implement complex, large-scale n8n workflows with advanced error handling, retry logic, and modular design. Build custom n8n nodes when out-of-the-box functionality is insufficient. Handle scaling challenges (high volume APIs, batch processing, distributed executions). Develop and maintain web applications (React / Next.js + Node.js / Express). Integrate multiple APIs across CRMs (e.g.,

GoHighLevel ), ad platforms, and internal systems. Work with

Retell

and

Vapi

to implement and optimize AI-powered automation features. Optimize workflow performance and reduce execution latency. Software Project Manager Take ownership of

end-to-end software project delivery —from concept to launch—acting as the bridge between stakeholders, engineers, designers, and QA teams to ensure on-time, high-quality results. Key Responsibilities : Lead end-to-end project delivery for web and software development projects. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Break down business requirements into technical specifications and tasks. Build, track, and update project plans, sprints, and roadmaps. Monitor project risks, budgets, and timelines, proactively addressing challenges. Coordinate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Ensure clear communication across development, design, QA, and client teams. Prepare and present progress reports to senior leadership and clients. Manage project documentation (requirements, change logs, release notes). Guarantee on-time delivery and smooth handover to support teams.
