Role :

We need a React Native developer (contract, immediate start) to convert Figma designs into a production-ready mobile app (iOS + Android), integrate existing backend APIs (including VoIP), and publish to Play Store & App Store. This is a high-priority role with a tight deadline (target : end-of-October). Strong candidates may move to full-time. Responsibilities

Convert Figma screens into a pixel-perfect React Native app (mobile + tablet responsiveness). Integrate existing backend REST APIs (auth, messaging, VoIP endpoints, notifications, payments). Implement VoIP / softphone client features per provided APIs and guidance. Implement push notifications, deep links, and offline behavior as needed. Prepare builds and publish apps to Google Play & Apple App Store (including app-store metadata). Work closely with Tech Lead, Frontend, QA and Designer; fix issues quickly. Follow coding best practices, write tests where needed, and support UAT / bug fixes. Meet aggressive deadlines and provide daily progress updates. Must-have

5+ years experience building and shipping mobile apps; 3+ years production React Native. Strong experience with React Native (Expo or bare workflow), TypeScript preferred. Experience integrating REST APIs, WebSockets, and push notifications. Experience publishing apps to Play Store and App Store (certificates, provisioning, submission). Familiarity with VoIP / SIP integrations (Twilio or similar) — or willingness to implement per API. Good Git workflow, code reviews, and debugging skills. Able to start immediately (by Mon 22 Sep 2025) and commit to tight deadlines. Clear communicator in English; able to collaborate with a remote team across PK / US time zones. Portfolio / Play Store links to apps you built (required). Nice-to-have

Experience with CI / CD (Fastlane, GitHub Actions), analytics, crash reporting, or mobile performance tuning. Familiarity with TypeScript, Redux / Context, React Navigation, native modules. Location & hours

Remote (we’re Pakistan-focused for hiring) - must have good internet and overlap with Pakistan working hours. Flexible on part-time or full-time but must be available immediately. What we offer
