We’re hiring a Freelance Performance Marketing Creative Designer & Video Editor to support our Growth Marketing team with static creatives and video ads optimized for performance. Your mission? To design scroll-stopping Reels, conversion-focused YouTube ads, and high-CTR static visuals that drive measurable ROI.
Responsibilities
- Design paid social ad creatives for Meta, Google Display, and LinkedIn
- Edit short-form video ads for Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories, and bumpers
- Conceptualize creative angles with the Growth & Paid Media team
- Create static ad variants (carousels, thumbnails, banners, UGC-style edits)
- Apply performance best practices for CTR & CVR Optimization
- Continuously iterate based on creative testing insights and campaign results
- Organize and deliver multiple versions and format specs across platforms
Qualifications
At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital ad creative and video editingProven portfolio of paid ad creatives that have driven results (not just organic)Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite , CapCut , Canva , or similar toolsStrong understanding of direct-response marketing and conversion designExperience creating assets for at least 3 of these platforms :Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)YouTube AdsGoogle Display NetworkLinkedIn AdsAbility to design for mobile-first, thumb-stopping formatsSpeedy, reliable, and collaborative communication across US time zonesHow to Apply
