We’re looking for a Digital Ads & Growth Manager to join our marketing team and drive online sales to the next level.

What You’ll Do
- Own and manage all paid media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google) with a focus on driving profitable conversions.
- Develop creative ad concepts and work with our content team to produce high-performing creatives.
- Test and refine targeting, creative, and copy to increase ROAS and customer acquisition.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics daily — make quick, data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with our eCommerce and creative teams to optimize landing pages, bundles, and site experience for maximum conversion.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years running and scaling paid media campaigns for eCommerce brands.MUST have experience running ad spend of at least $500 / day.Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.Strong grasp of CRO principles and A / B testing.Understanding of how to use UGC and influencer content for ads.Able to clip, mix, and paste together content to make effective ads.Data-driven mindset — comfortable turning numbers into strategy.Creative thinker who understands our target audience and what drives them to add to cart.Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Bonus Points If You
Have Shopify experience.Have worked with consumer products or trend-driven brands.Understand influencer marketing and how it integrates with paid.Benefits
