Remote Sales Closer – Call Center & Education Sales (Project Manager)
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Closer to join our team on a contract basis. You will be instrumental in converting qualified international leads into high-value sales, primarily for our education and training programs. This role requires exceptional confidence on calls, a proven ability to build trust quickly, and a relentless focus on closing.

What You Will Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
- High-Volume Outbound Calling : Consistently make 80+ outbound calls daily to international leads.
- Close High-Value Sales : Convert leads into closed deals with an average order value of $10,000+.
- Lead & Objection Management : Masterfully manage follow-ups, handle client objections, and guide prospects smoothly through the sales pipeline.
- Professional Communication : Maintain the highest level of professionalism and excellent communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Reporting & Teamwork : Accurately track all sales activities and progress, and collaborate closely with the team to exceed monthly sales targets.
What You Need to Succeed (Requirements)
Experience : 3+ years of dedicated experience in a call center, inside sales, or as a closer.Proven Closing Success : Documented history of successfully closing high‑ticket sales (experience selling education or training programs to international clients is strongly preferred).Language Fluency : Fluent English (both spoken and written) is mandatory for engaging with international clients.Skills : Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and client communication skills.Work Setup : Reliable, high‑speed internet connection for consistent performance.Working Hours : Must be available to work during Central European Time (CET) hours : 8 : 30 AM to 2 : 30 PM CET (approximately 12 : 30 PM to 6 : 30 PM PKT).Contract and Compensation Details
Contract Type : Milestone-based via Upwork.Compensation : Competitive base of $8 per project (negotiable based on experience and performance).Payment Schedule : Biweekly.Work Mode : Fully online.Trial Period : A short 3‑ to 5‑day unpaid trial will be conducted to assess suitability and performance.Our Expectations
