Showroom Manager

We are looking for a results-driven retail manager to be responsible for the overall showroom management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales targets, and manage staff effectively. Responsibilities :

Management of overall showroom operations. Bridge gaps among activities of Production, Supply Chain Management, Sales, Design, and Site departments. Retain existing customers and develop a new customer base. Ensure the highest level of customer service. Ensure efficient display management in coordination with visual merchandisers. Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, and providing feedback to staff. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Propose innovative ideas to increase market share. Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints etc).
